Yeah I won't hold my breath, if I do get it back will be keeping it for spending and still save ruthlessly.
If at end of holiday I have £2,000 (if I do get it back) then me and my son will book and just us two will go to Australia 2018 instead of 2019xx

Happy New Year monz to you & mini monz.
Sorry to hear of all the family drama, seems like you are well versed in it but can't make it any easier when it happens.

Sam I am hoping to save £2,500 for this. I mapped out what to save each month on my little spreadsheet I favour lol
My mum told me this morning that they felt "bad" over my granda and sent me £2,000 to my account to go into my house savings. It is now in account and now house savings £5,500.
Tonight we are meant to be adding them on to Florida if she does I will ask if she will give me £1996 from I paid for my son and I like she said but will see what happens. If it does that will go into our spending Florida. I know I will have loads after but this will go to our next trip of Australia xxDebt (1/9/14) £6,702.11 Debt free (30/11/2016) mortgage port- £70,077.82 and mortgage £126,517.39 o/s currently
