Thanks Abba we went to Bellahouston park where we used to go as kids with my gran n granda and their ashes were scattered together so they would always be together. My great uncles was scattered week before and that was my grans we brother, she would have liked her brother being near... my son told me not to be ashes when I die incase I go on him lol bless him.
Went to gym also Fri, Sat and Sun so I can mark off my gym update. Going to metafit tonight so that is my half day
as my boy will be in football.

Nothing much to update. Going to gym tonight for a quick 30 minutes so will change my gym visit to 7/15 tomorrow

Monday Tuesday my son has TKD training days. I will spend time in gym. After going to go to park or that. Tuesday pm we are going Millport over night my mum and dad have a place there and come home Wednesday night and Thursday and Friday more TKD training and will go to gym.
