Can anyone he
P please? In 2006 I took out redundancy insurance with Key Adminicle for my husband. In 2009 he claimed & they paid. He subsequently got work. The premiums have been collected from 2006 until Sept 2014. They were 43.45, at some point they increased to 64.46, I was not told & did not notice. I have just discovered that Key Adminicle were dissolved in in Jan 2011, yet they have continued to take the money from my account. My bank say they cannot help, how do I recover the payments?

I believe Adminicle was taken over by Assurant. So, they do still exist, albeit under a new name.how do I recover the payments?
On what basis do you think they should be recovered? The insurance continues to provide the cover.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
