Almost certainly.
Hiya Sterling. Firstly, playing devil's advocate, your 2 panel arrangements won't peak at the same time, as they face in different directions. So expect peaks to be lower than a 4kWp system with a single orientation .......
however ..... the SE2200 sounds seriously undersized for your set up (I have a SE2200 on my 2kWp WNW system).
Now, for some boring numbers/guesses! My 5.58kWp system peaks (sustained peak, not short peaks) at about 4.2kW in really good conditions, when the sun is high and to the south, and is shining on all panels, though not perfectly.
4.2kW is a 75% ratio to the whole system, but my panels are 180d apart, whilst yours would only be 90d, so I'd expect your peak to be a little higher in percentage terms, when the sun is southish and hitting all panels with a reasonably good attack angle. So sustained peaks of more than 3kW. So as suggested above, you probably want/need 3.5kW or 4kW (3.68kW capped) for best compromise.
Probably a mistake in the quote, but if not, the price difference should only be around £150 - I think?

Have you seen the package prices lately on Swithenbanks?!
Don't forget the prices are retail, but if you looked at http://www.swithenbanks.co.uk/Solar_Photovoltaic_Equipment/1133046/16_X_250W_Pantile_All_Black_Mono_System.html , for an ok system then budgeted around £1200 for install (inc scaffolding), that's a stonking price!!
Obviously no fine tuning but if you find an installer who will work with you....4kWp, SSE, SolarEdge P300 optimisers & SE3500 Inverter, in occasionally sunny Corby, Northants.
Now with added Sunsynk 5kw hybrid ecco inverter & 15kWh Fogstar batteries. Oh Octopus Energy too.0 -

The PO's should come in around £600 but not knowing what type of inverter you were quoted for originally its hard to say if its a good or bad deal
I'd like to think you could bring it in under £6k inc the solaredge, especially with some of the prices that's been banded about of late. Not really sure about the 6-10% improvement either unless you have some bad shading.
Obviously you may not need that type of inverter, best to check and double check, no point spending more than you need to

I will not reference supplier (out of fairness). It is a small local company. Solution is as follows:
14 off 270 watt Trina panels on one roof facing 20 degrees west of south. 14 off Enphase micro inverters. iBoost supplied and installed. Price £6,450 for everything.

The trees to the easterly direction, will they shade to SSW roof at all? I ask as I don't understand why you've switched to one roof rather than the duel aspect of 2 rooves.
The trees to the easterly aspect are not as bad as they look, but the surveyor, having regard for all of the circumstances, formed the opinion that I would be 30% down on power on the east roof and proposed instead to populate fully the south facing roof with one row of eight and one row six 270 watt panels.
