My go to recipe for using up sausages is this
The only recipe from that Gordon Ramsay book I actually use regularly!
Hmmm it won't let me post the think as a new user, but google Gordon Ramsay's Spicy Sausage Rice, its in the Channel 4 Ultimate Cookery Course scrapbook.
Obviously wouldn't freeze well with the rice but it's very economical, sometimes I only use 2 sausages really crumbled up and its enough.0 -
