esa customer statement(CB)

Hi All, Has anybody received a ESA Customer service statement before? Anyhow, I have asked to be transferred over from JSA to ESA while I'll await my appeal.

This morning, I received my ESA Customer statement. I have read through it carefully. In the Statement it says we require evidence and documents to support my claim.

Unless I'm missing something I can't find anywhere in the statement saying what documents they need.

Can you tell me please what a "Customer Statement" is? And think, what documents I should send?

Thanks

The customer statement is a printed version of the information you provided in answer to the questions asked when you made your claim over the phone. If there is nothing to indicate that they actually require more information it probably means they don't need anything else. If you're concerned call the 0345/0845 number and ask them to call you back to explain.
