all bills in one payment companies

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with utility companies that are able to lump all bills into one monthly payment?

Should be moving house in the next few weeks and wondered whether a company like this does actually offer value for money

Any thoughts or advice welcome

Thank you

Are you talking about dual fuel? If so, they all tend to work in the same way;i.e. the company will estimate your gas and electricity usage and work out a DD payment to cover the annual bill. You will get a single bill broken down with charges for electricity and gas, credits made and balance remaining.

You may find however - based on your location and usage - that you might be better off financially with 2 suppliers. You will need to run your projected usage through one of the comparison sites to work out the best deal for you.

A couple of things to bear in mind. Pass final meter readings for your old property to your present supplier/s on the day that you move out. When you move into your new property you will be on a 'deemed contract' with whichever company supplies the property on the day you moved in. Contact them with your meter readings, details etc. You are then free to start the switching process.

I was more referring to companies like Utility Warehouse where they combine energy, phone and broadband services together.

Currently, I'm renting and my LL pays the energy and water, we pay everything else.

FTB on a new build, due to be finished very soon so should be moved in beginning of October.

Wanting to know users experience of such before committing to anything one way or the other really.

    Thanks

My mistake. I confess that I have resisted all attempts to persuade me to brigade even my TV, broadband and phone. I prefer the freedom to switch as and when I like. I am sure that others will be along with a view. Enjoy your new home.
