• You must be aged 18 or over to enter the competition and to claim the prize
• To enter, you must reside in Northern Ireland.
• Employees of Translink and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• Translink reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
• Winners must be willing to participate in a photoshoot for media purposes
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
• Translink reserve the right to withdraw the prize at any stage

• Closing date for entries will be 12.00 noon on Monday 22 September 2014. No further entries to the competition will be accepted after this date and time.
• The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The prize consist of one Mississippi Goldrush bike (we have 2 to giveaway) and a week’s unlimited bus and rail travel with an iLink Card for each of the two selected winners.
  
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The winner will be notified by telephone between 2pm and 4pm on Monday 22 September. If the winner does not answer the phone call, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at random from the list of entries immediately. Entrants are advised to list a day time telephone number and be available to answer their phone during the specified times.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
• Translink reserve the right to withdraw the prize at any time
• Only one entry per person, otherwise entry becomes invalid.
• Translink accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• Translink are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information.
• Translink shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
