Myhermes not delivering to SE10 area of London

Just tried to book Myhermes and message they don't deliver to London SE10 came up, spoke to livehelp who just said we don't cover that area at the moment! Can anyone recommend another courier that doesn't cost the earth, must be signed for as buyers feedback shows constant item not received claims. Item only sold for £10 with delivery, the cheapest alternative I can find is collect plus which is nearly double cost of Myhermes, which would actually leave me out of pocket!

That's odd, I've just tried a SE10 address and it's accepting it for delivery , is anyone else reporting problems?

They definitely don't deliver, just had an email from their sale team confirming there is currently no delivery to the area due to a change in operations but they hope to resume deliveries soon.

Error message only comes up when you have finished all booking details and try to pay for it.

I'm actually looking at RM as cheapest alternative, trying to squash item into a smaller box, it's under 1kg. I would break even with signed for postage, rather than incurring a loss with Collect+!

You can try ipostparcels.com, there are some discount codes and cashback offers if you have a look around.

Have you tried Parcel2go, with a new email address & discount code FIRSTFREE which gives you £10 off & possibly a UPS Service normally £7.49 inc VAT [Next Day, Tracked & Signed], if you have a local drop shop.
Also when booking, do so, in a new Private/Incognito Window

Hi, thank you for all taking time to reply, much appreciated. Sent it RM recorded with fingers crossed they'll update online delivery details. Ipostparcels worked out more expensive even with discounts. Have already done the parcel2go freebie using a different email, tried it again with a different email but it wouldn't accept code.
