Help with PCN

Hi I'm new to this forum and apologies if I am in breach of the rules. I have received a PCN and have appealed to PE using your template letter which was rejected. There response was "we also note that a number of your queries are of a generic nature, a number of which we have seen before. Please see PE answers to frequently asked questions". On the PCN it has a picture of my registration showing time I entered and time I left and it states time I was in the car park. I paid and displayed my ticket and was unaware that registration recognition was in use as the signs are unclear. If I have gone about this in the right way I will post more details. I would really appreciate your help in this matter Thank you

You do need to start a new thread of your own, as we work on the basis of 'one case, one thread' so advice doesn't become confused and/or we have a complete free for all with any number of random cases being tagged on.
