Hi all
I recently purchased two tubs of bsn syntha six protein i regularly use the product so know the taste, having tasted them they have no flavour are tasteless i literally had to spit it out i was gonna be sick.
I emailed the company i bought them off ss healthfoods and after a series of emails i sent them samples and they got back to me saying they are unable to refund me as i cant detect the chocolate taste myself which is nonsense as theres no flavour to it, i class it as a faulty product so i am entilted to return it
Advice needed
Thanks

So if you say it's wrong, the supplier is expected to accept your word for that?
Are you prepared to take the matter to court if ultimately necessary. In cases of ultimate dispute, the judge will decide.
Perhaps it might be best to put this down to experince, thow out the stuff you don't like the taste of, and buy some alternative product elsewhere.0
