If I've sent my first letter. And I've just received a letter from Lloyds telling me they are going to charge me £90 On August the 1st.
Can I clam that now before it it's taken out of the account... Or do i just add it when It gets to court. Or do i add it to my next letter?
Or would i just be better off just starting the process off again after the 1st.
As Ive only sent off my 1st letter!
