Hi all! I'm new to this and wondering if anybody could help me? Received a PCN through the post today after parking in the Parc Llandudno car park for the allotted 3 free hours and overstaying my welcome by 2 minutes 36 seconds! Can I appeal this? Would have thought your allowed at least a few minutes grace period?!

the part you missed was in not reading the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of this forum, tells you everything you need to know including a flow chart too
also bear in mind that entering and parking and reading the signage, plus exiting the car park, is not classed as parking (the judge decided this in the fistral beach case in altrincham court, for ivor pecheque , 6 months ago)0 -
