Half Settlement

Hi all,

I am new to this but am very grateful to the site for such information.

I have been offered 343.50 out of my requested claim of 956.90, but i have already applied to money claim online which also incurs a court cost 80pounds, if i settle for the money i will lose a further 80pounds.

I applied on the same date as the letter was written will this affect my claim?

I want to continue for as near as possible to my claim, especially as the bank have just charged me another 39pounds. Can I still proceed with the claim?

Do i just send back a letter refusing the amount offered and continue with the claim?

Does the offer null my claim online?

Sorry for the questions.

Many thanks
Darren
