How long should I wait?

Sold item yesterday morning, still waiting for buyer to purchase the item, invoice and email sent, still waiting for reply.

Buyer has 95% rating, just wondering, should I wait the 2 days before registering a non-payment, or should I just relist it as a non payer.

We go away on Saturday, ideally, would like to sell and send the item prior to going away.

Wait 2 days (ie 48 hours from end time), then message explaining you will be going away and you wish to post the item before you go so they aren't waiting for it. If they fail to reply then register non-payment a further 48hrs from sending the message. That way they have had ample time to respond.

You need to keep your buyer onside here, as you may have an issue.

You can open a NPB exactly 48 hours after auction ends (so Tues morning), but the buyer then has 4 days to pay i think before you can close it (Saturday morning). Let's hope that they don't pay at the last minute so you have time to send, or you are able to close NPB before you go away!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I think you have been a little rash selling o close to a holiday , but that is just my opinion. If you just relist what will you do if and when buyer pays? You will have 2 winning bidders and 2 lots of fees to pay ( a second chance offer doesn't mean the fees are waved on the first sale).

I also wouldn't be worried that someone doesn't pay immediately, many buyers don't , and of course any poor feedback he may have will be as a seller not a buyer. All you can do is open an NPB on day 2 and closest 4 days later .

  • Message from the buyer claiming they didn't bid winning auction is due to their account being hacked.

As for selling close to a holiday, I'm a novice seller and didn't think I'd have an issue.
