I have UPVC doors front and back and I can pull the handle up and it sounds like bolts are engaged (including big hooks). When applying for a home insurance quote are these classed as 5 Multi Lever Locks or are they Deadlocks? Thanks

Yes they are multi-point locking system, with a Euro Cylinder lock. Most of the Euro Cylinders that are fitted by double glazing companies and builders are not that secure. They can be bumped using a specially made key.
Have a look at lock faceplate when you open the door to see if there is any kite mark showing. This may show the kite mark standard the lock complies with. Then check with your Insurers whether they are happy with this standard, if you have a minimum security level requirement on your policy.
If you look on sites like Screwfix you can buy a replacement Yale lock that offers better security for £72. This can be an easy DIY job if you have the tools or a cheapish job for a locksmith. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
