I'm looking for a one week villa holiday for 2 adults in mid-october. Ideally looking for a package that includes everything (flights, car hire, villa, etc) and is to somewhere warm/hot
I know Thomson offer this sort of thing, but I was wondering if there are any other companies that offer these sorts of deals?
I'm considering 'building' one myself through airbnb/homeaway but I wanted an idea of how much I'd be expecting to pay as a package first....
Any help is appreciated

Quite a few offer packages, James Villas, Villasplus, cosmos, thomas cook, premier villa holidays,villas4you.
DIY might be cheaper, but as it's quite last minute it depends if you can find any reasonable low cost flights. Sometimes a package can be cheaper last minute but look at both options and see.Lea

Monarch airlines do them too, if you select Villas then it gives option for Villas and flights, then under options you can book car hire and other stuff. Flights include 15kg bags each usually.
cv villas also do complete deals and often the price includes basic car hire. They are quite posh with a lot of upmarket villas but I have had a late bargain at the bottom of their range with them in the past including a half price deal so worth a poke around (not the easiest site though)
Have used Villa Plus several times and they have always been solid and efficient but since some of the main market players merged their prices are no where near as good as they used to be, too pricey for me now. The time of year your looking at there may be a good price to be had though.0
