Ring and ask, they will tell you payment dates. I did.
  • I was told on my letter which dates the back payment included and that I'd be paid every 4 weeks in arrears from that final back dated payment.

    I was told the same.
There was quite a lot to read and take in as the award letter ran to several sheets of paper, but the information is in there somewhere.

  • My son's letter had a typo on it and I'm still waiting for the amended one which should have the payment breakdown on it. We received the first payment 3 weeks after the back payment installment but not sure that's the norm as his claim has been hard work to say the least!

I'm not sure i understand what you're trying to say. It's normal to receive a payment 3 weeks after back payment. That's what happened to me. Then you'll receive payment every 4 weeks.
