Sky TV on demand service.

Hi I am a huge fan of Sky's On Demand service. I currently subscribe to sky family with movies @49.50pm, sky unlimited broadband @ 7.50pm and sky line rental and sky talk anytime @ 20.40 pm.

I am starting university and would like to keep my sky on demand service but do I have to have the broadband or land line from them to do this as I think I could get cheaper deals elsewhere.

Can anyone clarify the situation with sky on demand and perhaps recommend a cheaper reliable phone and broadband provider.

Thanks!

  • SKY on demand works with any isp so you do not need to have SKY phone/bb to use it.

Bear in mind that some isp's have usage caps and using SKY on demand will count towards that usage.

What you can get will depend on your post code so best to check whats available where you live.
  • You might want to look at a sky now tv box subscription, works on your laptop and on the television via hdmi and wifi.

Entertainment package is very cheap and includes sky sports news too.
