I am really sorry to post. I have read everything you have says but still lost.
I have got to the point where I have received a letter from small claims solicitors.co.uk regarding a ticket I got from UKPC. It states I need to pay through debt recovery plus ltd otherwise I will be taken to a county court judgement.
Please help!

You can't have read that thoroughly as the previous post on the newbie thread said do not post on that thread! That is why it has now been moved.
It does take time to process. But first and foremost know this is UKPC who don't do court. Read again and again, but over the next few days. You have probably for several debt letters to go before they give up.
You are presumably getting debt letters, so ignore as per post 4 of the newbie thread.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.0 -

Same as the other Small Claims Solicitors/UKPC threads. This OP should just search the forum for UKPC as a keyword and read the results as we've had at lest two other threads last week going on about this letter chain. Can't just repeat the same thing every day.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
