Is this possible? My father was sold the HSBC bank account plus package, orriginally £9.95 but increasing to £12.95 until I told him to stop paying.
Looking at the internet there are a few successful challenges to the mis-selling of packaged bank account products.
He has never used any of the benefits. The only benefit he told me he tried to use many times was cash withdrawals when he was abroad. Each time refused.
Don't really have much documentation but do have his bank statements.
