Glasgow to Dublin?

Need a little help planning my travel.
4 of us planning to go to Dublin from Glasgow for the Rep Of Ireland v Scotland match on 13 of June next year. Leaving on friday 12th, returning on Sunday the 14th.
Now, Ryanair, as ever, know about this match so a flight that is roughly £190 for the four of us on a normal weekend is now £967 :rotfl:.
So, we're planning on going by ferry now.
What are the best Rail/Coach and ferry fares?
I did have a look myself, but I can't seem to find anything.
Thanks in advance for any help

Have you considered flying from London to Dublin?
There are tickets available on BA for £92 per person although you will still have to add on travel to get you to and from London but this will be far quicker than a coach. (I think that to do that you will have to go from Glasgow to Belfast then another coach to Dublin).

Try the northern airports - Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds/Bradford, Newcastle.
Failing that try SailRail0 -
£44 return pp from Bristol.
£46 from Stansted.
£51 Luton.
£66 Leeds.0 -
