2 best but it does depend on space. if not old pallets if your good at building things make good composters.
you need to turn the compost to get air into it and mix it up.0 -
I dont mix and aerate my compost. Nature does that for you.
I chuck all sorts in the composter. Just try and mix the wet stuff with the dry stuff.

I have one small and one large dalek composters which are currently full at home only have a small garden. I add worms sometimes and also some compost granules you can get at Poundland or Wilkos. to break down compost quicker. I do turn compost over as its a faff with daleks so I push a pointed stick and and wiggle it around
At allotment I have one large composter made from wood and two large daleks. I try to use all green compost as much as I can0
