filling out halifax ppi questionare need some help. they have acknowledged the claim it goes back to 1998, part 3 asks why did you take it out, how was it sold to you, where did the sale take place, and why are you unhappy with the ppi policy, so long ago cant remember need a bit advice on these, also part 5.6 asks about any other insurances defenitley had life insurance but its asking about accident and sickness, unemployment and critical illness cover on other policies. Cant remember if I had so what should I fill in

They need the details to investigate your complaint, if you can't remember, just put that on the form. However, if you can't remember the basic details, how will you remember any valid reason(s) about the alleged mis-selling?

If you can't remember then I would just say you can't remember. Don't lie because if you are caught your credibility goes down the swanee.

If you can't remember any of this info then what exactly is the basis of your complaint?

Only you can answer the bit about why you are unhappy.
