Their eBay presence has recently gone AWOL.
  • anyone else know anything about this company?
  • Moving? Seems to be a Home address, Is it up for sale?

Does the phone number still work?

Seems to be reselling Chinese products. So not really that cheap.

The 5" phone they have listed at £129. I recently got a mailshot from a Chinese seller with those at $125 (a touch under £80)?

  • I purchased a 6 inch Android phone in March 2014, was so happy with it that I even bought the same phone for my friend. The seller communication was very good and delivery of both phones were quick. However, beginning of Sept 2014, my phone stopped charging, tried my friends charger which did not help. spoke to Martin and also Mike from electronics-Genie who asked me to send the details. I sent them emails and messages via eBay as the phone has a 1 year warranty. They sent me a message on 6th Sept asking for more info. I sent all information via eBay as well as their support email, left numerous voice messages on all three phone numbers and also sent MSG via their external website. But I have not heard from them. Today i contacted trading standards who advised me to write to them recorded delivery, however now I have to find their address. They are missing from eBay and their external website does not contain an address. Even if they were good in the past, electronics-genie are NOT trustworthy any longer. I purchased the phone for 129.99 + pp which only lasted less than 6 months.
  • I advise you to only deal with trusted sites which are already very popular like amazon. Some of the cheap sites gave good offers to attract people. Sometimes the products are not matching which shows in the website or some of them are expiry date.
