The winner of the Prize will be chosen amongst the Entrants (i) who have fully and accurately completed an entry form (in the opinion of John West Foods Limited), and (ii) during the above-mentioned time-period, by means of a *random draw to be held on 9th January 2015 under the supervision of an independent adjudicator.
