  • I think that would leave the bedroom that side too compromised, unless your upstairs is larger than mine.
Bedroom 2 can use ensuite or downstairs?
In my place I could have a matching ensuite in other bedroom, if I got a combi and removed water tank. Be nice to have ensuite in both rooms, that an option?

That could be an option yes. just thinking about cost - trying to keep to around 20 grand.
i will have a think about that, thanks.
  • I think it would be quite flash to have both with ensuite.
Not sure on cost, but can't be more than 1k for shower and enclosure, sink, toilet etc.
I already have twice as many bath/shower rooms as people, so no need for another!
