They haven't offered a refurbished phone at all. I have been told my only option is repair which as I've mentioned would be at an inconvenience to me. If they were to offer a refurbished phone which is like for like I would gladly take that. The refurbished phone would at least be covered by a year warranty.
If they gave a partial refund I could use that to purchase a phone which would be within my price range. There are many phones being sold on various sites, I would just need to money to get one first.
No it won't, IIRC its 90 days.0 -
Why not ask your employer if they have a spare one - if you require it for work purposes then i'm sure they would be willing to help. I daresay at least one friend/family member has a phone you could use in the meantime.
I had to send my phone off to be repaired not long ago. Was told 14 days - got a text message the day after I sent it saying couldnt be repaired so were sending me a new one - and I received that the day after the text (so 3 day turnaround total).
Not saying apple will be the same - but it may not be as long a wait as you think. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
What is the expected shelf life of an iPhone? 2 or 3 years? In which case your refund would be 0 to 33%.
A repair might be a better deal if money is tight.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Make an appointment at your nearest apple store, they will exchange it there and then. Problem solved.0
