    If it is just a operational card you are after, you might be just as well applying for a pre-paid credit card with www.cashplus.co.uk

    Otherwise, I would say that NOT having a debit card has been a huge boost to me. I can only spend the cash in my pocket, and no just instantly reach for the card and let my spending get out of control
