Husband has moved out leaving myself earning 16.500 and 14yr old son . My eldest son is working and leaving with us. Does his money count to tax credits as the online form as for my earning only and I do not have a partner ?

You aren't clear as to whether you have 1 son or 2 sons.
If it is the 14 year old then no you don't need to declare it. If you ALSO have an adult son who is living with you and working then you would be best to go check entitled to as it asks questions about other people living with youMoney money money.
