Hmrc letter received - advice please

I've had good help on here previously so could anyone shed light on this please.
I have been working 16 hours a week term time only for about 4 years. My salary is divided by 12 so that I get the same amount each month. This was declared over the phone at the time of submitting a claim for wtc.
I received today a letter from hmrc and they are asking if I still work 16 hours and if so I need to send all pay slips from April 2014 to date and contracts of employment for all jobs
For background information:
In July this year after I renewed I had a letter saying the information I had submitted did not match the information they held re salary from my employment. The income I submitted for employment was taken from my p60 so knew it was correct. Upon ringing the tax office it became clear that hmrc had taken an income I receive as a pension (and which I declared under other income) as income from employment. When this was explained they seemed satisfied as the income I had previously declared for the year fully matched with the details from the tax office anyway.
Would this have anything to do with the letter I recd today?

I can't see it being my employer - the accountant is usually spot on. However I've just looked at my 2014 p60 and the figure is less than last years 2013 figure. Which is odd as I had a pay rise. Also 2012 and 2013 p60s both show national insurance contribution figures but 2014 shows none.0

I earn approx £5,000 a year from my employment, however I also get income from a couple of pensions plus taxable widowed parents allowance.0

Sorry - just a moan as I can't sleep. Have tried to contact the compliance department (03000 number) and it was constantly engaged. This is despite having the phone on constant redial for nearly 3 hours!! As I can only find 3 of the 5 payslips required I have written a letter enclosing them and asking them to contact my employer for the other wage slips they require I will send it recorded delivery. Although I'm annoyed with myself for not looking after my wage slips properly, it's really not right that you can't get through to speak to someone. I've read that others have been getting a constant engaged tone so it's not just me.0
