Use the contact form to explain your problem and they should be able to "find" your complaint from the details you give when completing the form:

I called them yesterday and they said they didnt receive my filled in complaint form from months ago.So she said she will keep my complaint form open and just email the signed form again .
I wanted it out the way this weekend but will have to call them back again Monday.

If you use the web form, you will get a WEBENER final reference number which will also be emailed to you. If you emailed your complaint to them, you should have got an automatic receipt email which you can forward them to find your complaint.
If you did, and they have lost your WEBENER complaint ref, put in a service complaint http://www.ombudsman-services.org/unhappy-with-our-service-form-os.html after your case has been closed next year.
You can also ask for secure extranet access to avoid these issues - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7645DpVIos0 - they should have told you this anyway as it says in the video they wish to avoid this things.0
