Any ideas on the "wall" part of a sliding wall?

Hello, looking to put in a sliding wall. Would be about 2100 high and maybe 2250 wide.
We've found a track system that we're happy to use but the company's quotes for the walls themselves are pretty expensive. Does anyone have any ideas on something cheap we could put together but that would still look really good?
E.g. we just watched the 100K House where they used chipboard for cheap flooring. Could we use something like that? Or can anyone suggest places we could get large, straight sections cheaply?
The width could be reduced if necessary.
Any suggestions much appreciated!

I was in a laminates place Thurs, they had wall panels that you use in place of plaster board no idea on costs.

Depends what you think is expensive?
I think it was clickwall, I was in for worktops.
wall sheet for bathrooms come in more designs but they are quite expensive).
Another option might be laminate flooring on a suitable frame I have seen stuff as cheap as £3.99sqm might find enough from some odd boxes on clearance sale in one of the sheds
Probably cheaper would be an offcut of sheet vinyl glued to sheet.
carpet!
Large sheet of thick MDF/ply/Exterior boarding, painted(maybe lining paper.
an idea of the look you are after and what framing you will need for the runners might narrow options.0 -
Ikea wardrobe sliding doors? I love the Ikea Hackers website, there's definitely a sliding wall on there somewhere.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
