I've amended my posts now I realise what you're saying. As you'll see in my post 4, and as CM states, you should be able to add evidence still using your POPLA code and going to the evidence tab or email POPLA to add more to your appeal. And as my strikeout in my last post says :) no GPEOL, as long as you rebate any list of figures they send you, will be enough :)

Thank you, CM, Red, Gerty and Hoohoo. I'm feeling mildly more positive!
You were panicking like this person is:

Yet we have 100% record at POPLA stage and both of you should win despite having named the driver. Both of you are dealing with a small PPC who aren't great at POPLA replies and who don't try court anyway.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I scanned it all on and emailed over to POPLA. So will continue via the email route I guess.

Thanks again, I'll submit the wording in my 2nd post, with some extra from that last link you posted C_M...looks like I can beef up my requirements from Gemini!

I may need some help rebutting Gemini, so if you kind folks don't mind, I'll be back when I get their evidence from POPLA.

    Well, well, well...good news!

Today we received an email from POPLA advising that Gemini Parking Solutions have cancelled the parking charge and therefore we've won the appeal. It didn't even get to the allotted appeal date!

Thank you all for your help and advice.

Yes. I am mildly upset I didn't get a chance to go to town on them! However, I'm glowing with happiness at 'winning'! Thank you C-m!
