Advice please. Received an APCOA pcn. Printed ticket. Car park is free. 60 quid or half if paid in 2 weeks Claimed I parked in a restricted area. No yellow lines but lines every where else. Unclear that this was restricted. The notice is issued showing wrong reg as they missed our a number. Should I wait till they contact me via photo then write. What should I say. Thanks. Jantee

As the reg is wrong they won't be able to claim keeper liability. Wait for the ntk then appeal as the keeper on the grounds you are not liable. Do the same with popla.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
