Boiler Advice Please?

Hi
We have been looking to replace our old boiler and have had a number of quotes all around the £3000 mark. Three of the quotes we received are for the same boiler - Ideal Logic 30kw Plus system.
One has offered the choice between this and a Worcester 30CDI Classic. The Classic will cost us £300 more. Is it worth the extra money? Any advice or input would be appreciated. Thanks.

What sort of warranty are you being offered.
7 years on the Ideal logic Plus and 5-8 years on the Worcester CDI?

Both are decent boilers if fitted properly. Maybe best to choose the installer you want to use and go with what they recommend.

Thanks for your reply......We are being offered 7 years warranty on the Ideal Logic and 8 years warranty on the Worcester. This is a big spend for us either way and we don't want to make a costly mistake. If the Worcester is worth the extra money, I'd rather spend it now than regret it later but advice or experience with either of these would be really helpful.

Both are good boilers. I wouldn't say The Worcester was better than the Ideal.
The extra £300 is paying for a years warranty and a well known / advertised brand.
