What's wrong with it?? Well IMHO no document that long will be perfect: A quick read threw up one point... in my opinion..
5.1 seems to exclude being able to serve BOTH s21 & S8 notices
Thankfully it does not include the option of rent payable 4-weekly (which prevents S8 G8 being used), but that will confuse some HB/LHA landlords and even more vulnerable HB/LHA tenants
Shame the government didn;t simply go build some more properties.. - of, too obvious, requires real work....0 -
The first thing to do is to strip all the guidances before using it.0
