BOLTON AT HOME social housing-anyone familiar?

We have already had an eviction notice as it is given immediately you rent from this agent. When we first got the house it was a 6 month agreement and we got the Section 21 within 3 days of moving in. At the time they explained that it was just procedure to serve it in case of problem tenants so they could get rid faster.
when we signed the new longer term fixed agreement a new section 21 was served.
I would take that S21, deposit protection information and your tenancy agreement along to the council and have a chat with an officer from the Homeless service. They may be able to reassure you. It's unlikely that they will offer any practical help this far from an eviction, but they may be able to give you some useful advice and information.0 -

True. As I said, this landlord doesn't sound very helpful or reliable.
But the tenant can only do their best to engage and try to resolve the problem.
If social housing does not become available, what is the alternative?
Maybe the landlord knows other landlords who may take the tenant on?0
