Stopped ESA, can`t receive anything

I was put on WRAG for a year and got knocked off last Jan. Dole said I can`t claim anything as partner working full time (low wage). I have still been getting basic DLA and told I would get that until PIP sorted. Does that mean I have to go through the doctors with sick papers from the beginning or am I just abandoned? Thanks in advance x

With a (full time) working partner you'll be inelible for means tested benefits, whether ESA or JSA. At the moment, neither DLA nor PIP is means tested so will continue.0 -

It is not strictly correct that you cannot claim anything. If your condition has worsened since your last ESA claim, you should reapply for ESA.
You will receive the assessment rate of ESA until an assessment is made, at which point if you are placed in to the Support Group, your partner's income is disregarded and you'll receive the full rate of ESA.0 -
At my tribunal last year I stormed out and threatened to shoot atos peeps and it`s all I have thought about for 3 years cos they not listening. None of these people listening, dole docs none of them.0

If your previous ESA claim ended in January you can claim again assuming your GP is prepared to provide medical certificates. However, the basic rules for earnings are the same as JSA so if your partner is earning at a level which wipes out your Income Related entitlement it will do the same for ESA0

The OP would only qualify for payment if they have paid the relevant NI Conts. Given the dates of their previous claim they will not have done this.0
