Bank named as executor in mum's will

It's not the charities themselves writing the wills: they will have an agreement with one or more local solicitors. So you need to know if those solicitors are any good ...Signature removed for peace of mind0

I've already looked at the list of solicitors that Cancer Research use in our area & to be honest I haven't heard of any of them. Will have to have a rethink & discuss with dad about going to the solicitor that we used for MIL's POA etc. It will cost him more (just to change an executor's name) but at least it's been done by a solicitor we know is reliable.
Thanks everyone for your advice.0 -
I think changing the executors names can be done with a simple codicil.
Check with, and use, the reliable solicitor, but hopefully this wouldn't cost too much.0
