I have been sorting through some paperwork recently and have found an original credit agreements for a secured loan i took out in Aug 2004 which i believe ran for 2-3 years before it was paid off. The Loan was with First National and i was wondering if I could still claim for mis-sold PPI after this amount of time has elapsed.

It is GE money you make the complaint to.

As this was pre regulation, January 2005, you may not get anywhere with this, but I would make a complaint anyway, it is very possible this was Single Premium PPI and as you settled early you would have repaid, after the rebate, the remaining PPI in with the settlement figure.
Did you pay the PPI back in with the loan payment each month and what would your reasons be for mis sell?.0
