Direct line

I cancelled my insurance (landlord) policy with DL in nov 2011.
Since then they have taken money from my account every month until I cancelled the direct debit yesterday. I had not noticed this.
They are currently investigating where this money has gone.
It's confirmed that I cancelled the policy and I have no other policies with them.
What's the best way for me to proceed and am I entitled to this money back? It's £1400 approx.
thanks

Use the dd guarantee to get it back immediately.

    Contact your bank
  • As long as you are confident you dont have any other insurances with them then do as above.

Remember that Direct Line Group sell under many brands and you want to be careful that you arent going to get your car insurance cancelled for non-payment etc if it turns out the payments were correct
