Partner 1 = 9600 per anum working 30 + hours
Spouse = 6600 per anum working 16 hours

Extremely thankful blondebubbles,
Sorry its the wrong calculation , its £10,000 for adult 1, and they are not self employed.
They will get indefinite leave to remain in Feb 2015 , so just asking what they will be entitled to, If things remain the same.
Weekly LHA rate is £227.25
Also whats the frequency of the payments for all the benefits?
Thanks in advance.0 -
They are from Nepal and will bet ILR in Feb 2015.
Thanks again in advance.0 -
Is the male, I'm assuming, an ex Ghurka? And how come they are getting indefinite leave to remain. Don't drip feed the info as it will all change depending on various aspects, particularly being Nepalese. How long have they been here and how long working? And what visa where they on when arriving in the UK? :cool:0

I asked my friend and details are main applicant is from Paksitan spouse from Nepal.
All the family will get Indefinite in Feb/Mar 2015
Main applicant and spouse have been working continuously for the last 3 four years, in their initial one and a half year they have worked on and off.
Their are covered by HSMP JR.
Thanks in advance0 -
Do they both have 'No recourse to Public Funds' stamped in their passports?0
-
Yes its written No Recourse to public funds but in Feb 2015, they will be free from immigration control ,
They just want to know what benefits they can claim ,keeping in view their present circumstances.
Hope someone can list the benefits.
Thanks0 -
Why is the main earner not on NMW?Tomorrow is the most important thing in life0

Hi bloolagoon,
He is getting a NMW (£10,000 a year.)0 -
Maybe they should look into higher paying jobs/more hours because ILR is expensive times 4 and they won't have to worry about benefits. If you are certain they are getting it in Feb that means they are doing in person applications so you can also add £300 per person.Extremely thankful blondebubbles,
