Claiming bank charges

I applied for my bank statements form lloyds TSB which i received. I have sent my first letter asking for my charges back, but received a letter from lloyds saying that they feel their charges are fair. I need to send my second letter to them, but i have incurred further charges since my first letter, can i add these charges on or am i best to just kept at the first amount i claimed for?. Also i not sure if i have claimed for the correct charges. I have claimed for O/Draft interest and O/Draft Excess fee, am i able to claim these charges?.
Many thanks for any help offered.
