please advise barclay offer

due in court friday 11am offer in post today nearly grand less than asked for,do I accept or go to court,will judge expect me to accept offer,or if they are not there will I win by default,does this default count if they have made a lesser offer,really confused now,

    If you are confident that you have followed the correct process and supplied all partys all relevent forms/evidence etc then why back out now? My claim was settled in full 2 days before court date from barclays sport-smiley-001.gif. As far as i am aware they haven't defended a properly presented case yet, so HANG IN THERE! and good luck !
