does cashback count towards Halifax extras?

I mean getting cash back from the supermarket at the till. Anyone know if doing this bumps up the reward you get through Halifax cash back extras loyalty scheme?

Yes it does, done it at morrisons. Two spends of £1 on my card and got £50 cashback from the self serve. Both transactions provided £5 cashback. Done it with my Lloyds account too. Free money!0
