hi can anyone please help my daughter a single parent has gone back too work when reading her contract as a nursery nurse she may only be needed term time ie 38weeks per yr .what happens when she is not working ie working tax credits can she claim for loss off earnings when not working

she didnt work it out on 38 weeks she did it on a full yr she did nt relise and was not told that she was on a 38 week contract its all very confusing0

so really she has told tax credits that she will be earning more0

think she will ned too ring again as she has told them she will be earning more than what she will be diference of over £1000 so think she will be entitled too more am i right in think this ,it all very confusing0

she recieved child tax credits roughly £250 per month and income support £70 a week and her earnings this yr will be approx from sept too april will be£3,7100

wtc £332 ctc£305 sorry all new too us this but then says on letter payment every 4 weeks £5040
