Hi,
Gawd knows how these guys get a good service award when it takes..
2/3 days to respond to an email.
48 hours to request a call back
No one answers the phone from 12-2
and when I got hold of them at 7pm they want me to spend 20/25 minutes as an existing customer to change tariffs.
lol I will change suppliers in less time
Remember this is not just bad service....this is M&S bad service!
