Boarding out loft (insulation or insulated plasterboard)

Looking to undertake a loft conversion and not sure if to fully insulate with 200mm insulation and then just plasterboard or to insulate with 70mm insulation and then use 72.5mm insulated plasterboard.

Both ways will meet the required u value so it comes down to cost and ease of installation.

Advice please.
