Blackhorse PPI

Hi, not posted on this part of the forum before, but here goes, I had PPI on 3 accounts LloydsTSB, Egg (Barclaycard) and Blackhorse, the LloydsTSB paid out over a year ago and I got £3400.
Egg and Blackhorse, however just keep sending me more and more of the same forms and asking for copies of my Marriage Certificate, which I have sent multiple times, both these accounts were taken out in my Maiden name. It has been over 18 months since I first claimed, is it normal to take this long?
The Egg account will be a minimal amount I can't see it being over £50 to be honest, but the Blackhorse one might be a decent amount.
Any experience with these companies would be of interest.

Send a complaint to the FOS, it is ridiculous you have had to wait 18 months.0
